Black Self Esteem - with another video of bad black behavior at a fast food restaurant

Anyone remember the student self esteem initiative from late 80s/early 90s? I was living in Washington, DC area at time and knew it was a crock that black kids were not succeeding due to low self esteem. That ushered in all the Afrocentric education crap of dispensing lies to black kids to make them feel good. It was back then that I first noticed vendors around DC selling the African king and queen t-shirts and of course who can forget the crown air fresheners?
